Arrival Guarantee

In the event that a bartender we have scheduled to server your event has an emergency (sick, car accident, etc.) and cannot fulfill their obligation to your event, we always have a back-up staff member. In the event that our back-up staff is unavailable, your full payment (deposit and/or balance) will be fully refunded by the following business day.

Event Cancellation Policy

In the instance that your event has been cancelled or postponed, all deposits & payments made to Drink Moverz are non-refundable. Any deposits & payments made will be transferrable as store credit, which will remain on file for one (1) calendar year. Your credit can be applied to a rescheduled booking, or a new booking within that year.
